When speaking I AM, you are speaking of God and his creation – God is the the Great I AM.
In the Jewish culture, I AM is sacred that some are hesitant to say out fear of dishonoring or saying his name in vain because it refers to God. As Christians, we acknowledge and affirm that God is the Great I AM.
I Am is a declaration of the speaker’s existence, it conveys his dominion over all things, the source of his power, and his eternal nature. As Gods’ creation, we don’t exist without him. We exist because he exists.
God works For you and through you.
God speaks To you and he speaks through you.
When speaking I AM, and you say ‘I am this’ or ‘I am that’ or ‘I am going to accomplish this that or the other’, you are speaking of God and his existence, you acknowledge his work through you to accomplish the things that are impossible and make them possible. Some say its you manifesting your own outcome, but it is actually you surrendering to God’s Will and allowing him to work through you. God wants us to succeed and accomplish things in his name.
